How to flatten the abdomen

The truth is that the aesthetic part has its weight when it comes to undertaking a change of attitude, since it is the most obvious. An especially voluminous and flaccid abdomen is usually the signal that alerts: something that must be done.

Best exercises to flatten the abdomen

If you are not very familiar with this exercise, we remind you that it is done by placing yourself face down, and then raising the body and supporting it with the palms of the hands or the forearms, as well as with the tips of the feet. The body should be well aligned, and the arms straight or at a 90º angle, depending on whether you do high or low planks (on the palms or on the forearm).

Yoga and Pilates are very complete guided activities, in which planks and other appropriate postures for abdominal muscles, among others, are practiced. Can you flatten your abdomen in three days?

If your swelling has to do with eating too many products that are not recommended, like the ones we explained above, you will notice the results as soon as you change your habits. It may be a matter of a few days, yes, but you will notice the most significant effects in the long term if you manage to maintain good habits.
