Platform shoes offer all the advantages of stilettos, but in an extremely comfortable way. Best of all, there are many models and styles to combine.

Here are some tips to combine this type of footwear without falling into the most frequent mistakes.

To begin with, platform sandals are perfect during the summer or in hot climates, because the foot stays cool.

An ankle-length dress looks perfect with these shoes, especially if it has a flirty slit on the side.

Platforms are synonymous with comfort, since the toe and instep are not forced when carrying the full weight of the body.

For that reason, this shoe is perfect for those who aren't fans of stilettos. Best of all, you don't lose the benefits of adding inches to your height.

Formal slacks don't usually go with these types of shoes, but jeans look great (especially if they're ankle-length, a cuff works great, too).

To complete the outfit, the best accessories are a bag in the same color as the platforms and a pair of sunglasses.
