People with disabilities are invited to register in a specialized job bank

Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.— Through the specialized employment exchange, people with disabilities can find work in various companies that enter into agreements with the Municipal Directorate of Human Rights.

For this reason, the Coordination of Persons with Disabilities in the Municipality invites this population group interested in obtaining a job, to register in the employment exchange at the Human Rights office, located on the ground floor of the Municipal Presidency.

The Technical Secretary, Marisa Lizeth Flores Orozco, informed that to register in the employment exchange, people require their birth certificate, the CURP, an official identification (INE), proof of address of no more than three months seniority, the credential for people with disabilities and its RFC.

He added that the people who attend could be asked for some other document, depending on the requirements requested by the company interested in contracting.

“The intention is that people with disabilities do not waste time going to workplaces applying for different positions, where they will never be asked to fill the position, therefore, we mediate with companies that are truly inclusive and that if they give job opportunities to place people who meet the requirements, ”said Flores Orozco.

The official commented that a company that is part of the employment exchange has begun with modifications to its facilities to have accessible and inclusive infrastructure, they are also working so that the entire workforce is made up of people with disabilities.
