Freshly Cosmetics and Aliexpress stand out with 3 nominations in the final of the Ecommerce Awards Spain

The organization of the Ecommerce Awards 2021, reference awards of electronic commerce in Spain given to companies in the eCommerce sector in recognition of their contribution in innovation, development and boost of the digital economy, today announces the finalists who choose to become the best Spanish companies dedicated to the digital trade of 2021.

Entre el 1 de julio y el 20 de septiembre, más de 120 eCommerces presentaron su candidatura en las 10 categorías disponibles. Todos los formularios recibidos en tiempo y forma fueron valorados por los 28 miembros que conforman el jurado, entre los que se encuentran profesionales de reconocido prestigio en el sector como Reyes Justribó, Directora General de IAB Spain, Llorenç Palomas, Head of Marketing & Growth at Doofinder; Mónica González Ortín, country manager Axicom o Jorge González, Country Manager de Prestashop.

After the evaluation of the jury, the organization of the Ecommerce Awards has released the 3 finalists for each of the categories. These provide a global view of e-commerce, with multiple vertical businesses, strategies and sizes. Among the most represented sectors are those of pets, pharmacy, sports and fashion.

Among the most relevant data, the total turnover of all the projects that have been submitted exceeds 3 billion euros, with an average annual turnover exceeding 28 million in 2020 and 5 online shops exceeding 10 million euros.

The average annual traffic of all registrants exceeds 14.6 million users and has an average basket of 167.58 €.

All companies opting for prizes are optimistic about the closing forecast for 2021. On average, the finalists anticipate a 24.6% increase in their turnover over the previous year.

The candidates dedicated to electronic commerce who have been selected as finalists and who choose to rise with the recognition of the best eCommerce in Spain by 2021, are:

  5. A la “Mejor estrategia en marketplaces”, que reconoce a el éxito este ámbito imprescindibles actualmente para el negocio online empresarial:

The winners of all categories will be announced next Thursday, October 21 at La Granja de San Idelfonso, which will also be broadcast via streaming, starting at 4 p.m., at an face-to-face gala in the framework of the Digital 1to1 event.
